Syntax

[SENSe:]FUNCtion[:ON] "<function>" 

This command selects the measurement function (all function- related 
measurement attributes are retained). 

[SENSe:]FUNCtion[:ON]? 

This query returns a string value that represents the present measurement 
function. The short form of the function name is always returned (for 
example,
