Heat Quantity Measurement
Attention!
By disabling the input request (>OFF<), the correction values of all temperature
channels will be deleted. FLUXUS, however, remembers the set correction values
for each temperature channel. These values will be displayed when the function is
enabled again.
Input of the correction offsets
The input for the offset correction value will be requested for each temperature
channel during the
transducer positioning procedure
for the measurement, if:
•
the temperature channel is activated;
•
the temperature can be measured at this particular time, or a constant value
was entered;
•
the input request is enabled.
T1= 90.2 C
T2=?UNDEF C
M* At the start of measurement, the two
measured temperatures will be displayed.
(In our example, the measured inflow temperature is 90.2 °C;
whereas the return flow temperature cannot be measured for a
specific reason.)
Press any key to continue.

M*
Confirm or change the displayed correction
value.
(In this example: T1)
0 ... 9 data input
C delete
ENTER confirm
The input of 0 (zero) resets the offset
correction.
T1= 90.5 C(COR)
M* An offset corrected temperature value is al-
ways marked with the suffix ´COR´.
Note:
•
Only measured temperatures can be corrected.
•
For a zero adjustment (for the difference in temperature of two Pt100 sensors
measuring the same temperature), the measured difference can be allocated to
the offset value of one channel. The measured difference, however, can also be
distributed and allocated to the offset correction values of both channels.
•
The display of the difference in temperature T1-T2 does not indicate whether
one or both temperatures are constants or which value is corrected.
