Settng and checkng of varous data can be performed wth the nformaton.
For the nformaton, there are the operator level and the mantenance personnel level.

5) Press the reset swtch to erase the pop-up. Press agan the reset swtch to return the value to the ntal
one and re-start the sewng.
* When the thread remanng amount s large, or bobbn thread has run out before the bobbn thread coun-
ter reaches mnus, adjust the ntal set value wth “+” or “–” of bobbn thread amount settng swtch.
* As a matter of fact, bobbn thread amount changes n accordance wth the thckness of cloth or sewng
speed. Adjust the counter n accordance wth the sewng condtons.

Bobbin thread replacement warning pop-up
1) Turn ON the power. When the needle bar s not n the UP poston, turn the handwheel to brng the needle
bar to ts UP poston.

to dsplay the nformaton screen.

2) Set the ntal value wth “+” and “–” swtch. When the swtch s held pressed and the set value exceeds the
dgt of 100, the set value ncreases/decreases by 100 unt. When settng the value near to 100 dgt, press
the swtch each tme.
3) Settng of the ntal value s performed, start the sewng.
4) When the bobbn thread counter reaches mnus and the buzzer beeps, the bobbn thread replacement
warnng pop-up below appears.
