Adjust mechanical stop on L/Hand side of
machine.to approx 1.0mm clearance.

Press ENTER SETTING on screen.3

Note: Prior to entering setting - guard can be
raised to check correct positioning of knife to
mandrel.
Lower guard and press ENTER SETTING.

Note: If alarm is activated during this set up
check the mechanical overtravel stop on the
Left Hand side of the carriage. There should
be approx. 1mm clearance.

To Reset, turn keyed power switch OFF and
then ON. Press START button and repeat
procedure for setting forward stop in Screen 3.

NOTE
If when operating the machine the knife does not quite cut through the core. Touch
‘KNIFE FORWARD STOP’ on screen 7 to display a keypad.

Take note of length and add approx .3mm and enter new length into KNIFE
FORWARD STOP.

Operate machine and check that core is cut through.

Adjust mechanical stop by turning handle
(A) adjust as per figure below (ie gap
between the collision block (B) and screw
(C) is approx 1mm)
