Fan failure
No power.
Check fuse.
Installation error.
Check that cables are connected with the
correct polarity.
Check that all connectors it correctly.
Check the use of wire-end ferrules.
Fan faulty.
Replace fan.
Faulty controller/transformer.
Replace controller/transformer.
Fan not
switching off.
Faulty controller.
Replace controller.
Low airlow
Panel closed.
Open panel.
Severely contaminated dust
ilter.
Clean dust ilter.
Pollen ilter in use.
Using a pollen ilter reduces the airlow.
Only use a pollen ilter during the pollen
season. Replace the ilter in the case of
severe contamination.
Fans not working in paired
operation.
Connect the irst fan in extract air mode
and the second fan in supply air mode.
Rotational speed of fan too
low.
Increase output level.
Dirty thermal accumulator.
Clean thermal accumulator.
Noise
Foreign matter in the fan.
Remove foreign matter from the fan
Clean ventilation system.
Dirty fan blades.
Clean fan blades.
Thermal accumulator not itted
correctly in wall sleeve.
Remove thermal accumulator from wall
sleeve. Re-insert.
Push thermal accumulator into wall
sleeve.
Rotational speed of fan very

Select lower output level on the controller.

correctly at the controller. The connector
