Installation and operating instructions

The sealing tapes on the wall sleeve R-D204 for weather protection hood 09 are itted.

TIP

Continue with mounting the weather protection hood 09, page 46.

►

Apply the foam strip, 200 mm x 50 mm, (4) on

the exterior wall side in the lower area of the

wall sleeve (3).

Make sure that

the foam strip protrudes

outwards by 35 mm.

►

Press the foam strip (23) down onto the

façade.

►

Afix the joint tape, 380 mm x 15 mm, (5) on

the exterior wall side in the upper area of the

wall sleeve.

Make sure that

the joint tape (5) does not

protrude over the inner edge of the wall sleeve
opening (6).

►

Apply the sealing tape, 9 mm, (7) all round the
front side of the wall sleeve.
