Server Board S3420GPRX supports only Intel

RMM3 Lite. Position the RMM3 Lite over
the server board RMM3 Lite connector (J2D1) as shown in Figure 6. Intel
®
RMM3 Lite has no
dedicated NIC. The user can access only its Virtual Presence features (Web GUI, Virtual Media,
and so on) from the Integrated BMC-shared NIC (NIC5 on Intel
®
S3420GPRX).

Server System SR1640TH supports only Intel

RMM3 Lite-V. Plug in RMM3 Lite-V
module to the server board RMM3 Lite-V connector (J1G1 or J7E1) as shown in Figure 7.

RMM3 Lite-V dedicated NIC is separated and integrated on Intel
®
Server System
SR1640TH server board. All Virtual Presence features (Web GUI, Virtual Media, and so on) are
supported on Integrated BMC-shared NIC and RMM3 Lite-V dedicated NIC. IPMI traffic to those
two network paths is supported only if the Integrated BMC-shared NIC and the Intel
®
RMM3
Lite-V dedicated NIC are on separate subnets.
