3.2) Criteria relating to staff
All work on the test fixture may only be performed by specially trained staff. Pre-requisites:
Mechanics: completed qualification in industrial mechanics
Electrical engineering: completed qualification in electrical engineering
For all other sectors (e.g., transport, test operation, storage and disposal): knowledge of these
operating instructions of these operating instructions
In general:
The clothing worn by the person operating or maintaining the test fixture must not present any
hazards (no jewellery, no loose-fitting garments such as ties, scarves, etc., long hair must be
tied back).
The persons operating or maintaining the test fixture must not be under the influence of
medication, drugs or alcohol.
3.3) Liability for misuse
INGUN assumes no liability for damages caused by non-compliance with the operating instruc

tions, or lack of testing to ensure the technically perfect and safe state of the test fixture.

Deadly electrical voltage at the test probes and interface components for > 25 VAC voltage
and > 60 VDC voltage!
Apply voltage only if all of the following conditions are met:
The voltage specified on the rating plate for the test fixture and the exchangeable kit must
not be exceeded.
Always equip the test fixture with the correct protective conductor wiring, a protective
conductor connection and an integrated safety switch before carrying out testing work.
The test fixture must be customised so that it is safe to touch and does not permit tools with
a diameter of > 2.5 mm to come into contact with live parts.

Mechanical hazard when drive unit is open!
Before opening the drive unit, lock the pressure frame using the drive unit lock.
Always use the handle to open and close the drive unit.
When closing the drive unit, do not move the anti-pinch protection until the drive unit is low
