Simple solution to adapt a rather wide range of input voltages to 3.3 V levels.
Schematic
A resistor limits the current while a Zener diode saturates the voltage. Everest CORE will detect as "low" any
voltage lower than 0.8, and as "high" any voltage greater than 3 V, while still being tolerant to input voltages up to
30 V.
