Remove the two front engine guard lower mounting
bolts, using a 1/4" hex bit. Remove the washers along
with the bolts.

Remove the two front engine guard upper mounting
bolts and washers, using a 1/4" hex bit. Support the
engine guard while removing the bolts.

Apply blue threadlock to the four engine guard
mounting bolts.

To install the front engine guard, place the engine guard
into position on the engine guard mounting brackets of
the frame.

Thread in the bolts and tighten them to specification,
using a 1/4" hex bit. The washers go against the head of
the bolts.

Install the horn and horn cover following the procedure
under Horn Cover and Horn Removal and Installation in
this section.

to both rear engine guards.

Remove the rear engine guard lower mounting bolt,
