1) Tools

Required

– None

2) Removal

IMPORTANT: The printer must be disconnected from AC line power and host computer before

beginning this procedure.

a) Raise the small tab (1) and remove the actuator lever (2) from the printhead support (3).

3) Installation

a) Position the actuator lever (2) in front of the printhead support (3) and fit the two actuator lever

slots (4) onto the corresponding ridges (5) on the printhead support.

b) Push in the actuator lever until it

snaps onto the printhead support,
being careful to position the cam
ramp (6) under actuator lever
lip (7).

4) Final

Checks

Carry out the checks described on
Sheet B-5 and perform an operational
test.
