Perform an operational check on the
drive assemblies and pressure
rollers.

Clean the drive assemblies.

Check the magnetic drive motor
using the Tests submenus (see
Chapter 2 of this manual).

Perform an operational check on the
clutch solenoid using the Tests
submenu (see Chapter 2 of this
manual).

Replace the printer.

Check the physical condition of
the coupons.

Check that the coupons can
move freely (especially in their
boxes).

Check that the physical
characteristics of the coupons
conform to IATA specifications.

Replace the faulty coupon bin(s).

Check that the rotating flange
is closed.

Open the rotating flange and
inspect/clean the paper path
between the magnetic sensor
and the print sensor.

Replace the printer.

Clean the sensors.

Test the sensors using the
Tests submenu (see Chapter
2 of this manual).

Replace the printer.
