This item configures the mode of USB 2.0 controller. It won’t appear if USB 2.0 controller is disabled.

This item configures the USB 2.0 controller in HiSpeed (480Mbps) or FullSpeed (12Mbps)

BIOS EHCI Hand-Off [Enabled] [Disabled]

This is a workaround for OSes without EHCI hand-off support. The EHCI ownership change

should claim by EHCI driver.
