4. Align the drive with the disk drive cage rails.

5. Slide the drive into the system unit until it connects with the backplane at the

rear of the drive bay.

6. Push the disk drive lever to the rear to lock the disk drive.

7. Configure the drive using smit. Then wait five minutes for the drive to warmup.

the drive.
