Procedure
1. Go to www.ibm.com .
2. From the Home page, click: Support & Downloads
→
Download
→
Fixes,
updates & drivers

Click the link to the
IBM Support Portal
.
The Support & Downloads Quick Start page opens.

Under 1. Choose your products :
a. Click the Search for a product radio button.
b. Click the Sort alphabetically radio button.
c. Type: ProtecTIER in the empty field and click the Search (magnifying
glass) button.
d. Select the checkbox for the product(s) for which you want to download
files.

Click View your page .
The Find downloads for your IBM products page opens.
7. In the Downloads and fixes box, click Downloadable files for the applicable
