2. Mount the drive in the rear hard disk drive cage assembly, using the four

mounting screws that you removed previously.

3. Connect the power and signal cables to the drive.

4. Install the rear hard disk drive cage assembly in the server (see “Installing the

rear hard disk drive cage assembly” on page 56).

5. Install the cover (see “Installing the cover” on page 31).

6. Slide the server into the rack.

7. Reconnect the power cords and any cables that you removed.

8. Turn on the peripheral devices and the server.
