Troubleshooting
Chilled
water pipe
Check that the thermal
insulation foam on the
chilled water pipe is
intact.
Rewrap the thermal insulation foam.
Check that the pipe
support is intact and
securely installed.
Secure the base.
Check that pipes do not
leak.
Close the water inlet stop valve and
repair leaks.
Check that the smart
cooling product drainpipe
is free from leaks and
blockages.
If the drainpipe leaks, repair the
leaks. If the drainpipe is blocked,
clear the blockage inside the pipe.
Differential
pressure
sensor
Check that the pressure
inlet tube is not blocked
or over-bent.
Reinstall the pressure inlet tube.
Check that cables to the
differential pressure
sensor are securely
connected.
Reconnect the cables.
Motorized
Damper/
Gravity
Damper
(Applicable to motorized
damper) Check that
cables to the actuator are
securely connected.
Reconnect the cables.
Check that the damper is
securely fixed.
Fix the damper again.
Direct free-
cooling
plenum
Check that cables to the
actuator are securely
connected.
Reconnect the cables.
Check that the damper is
securely fixed.
Fix the damper again.
Check that the pressure
inlet tube is not blocked
or over-bent.
Reinstall the pressure inlet tube.
Check that cables to the
differential pressure
switch are securely
connected.
Reconnect the cables.
Cap
Check that the cap is
reliably secured.
Tighten the cap again.
