To ensure the optimal operating condition and longest service life, install the
equipment correctly as required.
Precautions
●
Install the equipment according to the design drawing and reserve space for
maintenance.
●
The NetCol8000-C downflow unit that supports only bottom pipe routing
must be installed in an equipment room with a raised floor.
●
The NetCol8000-C upflow unit that supports side pipe routing can be placed
on the concrete floor of the equipment room or secured using a base.
●
The NetCol8000-C upflow unit that supports bottom pipe routing can be
secured only using a base.
●
Thermal insulation measures should be applied to outdoor water pipes to
prevent drainage blockage or insufficient water supply due to freezing.
●
The equipment top should be sealed during installation (before power-on)
with baffle plates or plastic bags to prevent dust from accumulated on the
top of the equipment or entering the equipment.
Layout Requirements
●
Check whether the environment meets the requirements before installation,
and whether reconstruction is required for routing water pipes and cables and
constructing ventilation pipes.
●
The equipment room should have good heat insulation, and the walls and
floor should be protected against moisture.
●
To ensure good ventilation, do not place the equipment in the corner of a
room or at the end of a long and narrow room.
●
During system operation, all doors and windows of the equipment room
should be closed to reduce the additional load of the smart cooling product.
●
Install the equipment in a spacious place.
●
The equipment should be placed as far away from offices as possible, and
noise control measures should be taken.
