Luminous push-buttons: Pause feeding conveyor
The conveyors only operate in automatic mode!
Press the button
„Pause feeding conveyor“
.
The conveyor is switched to pause and the illuminated push-button and
corresponding white indicator light is
flashing.
Press the button
„Feeding conveyor“
again (acknowledgement). The conveyor starts
up again and the corresponding white indicator light
lights up.

5.2.14
Manual mode
Press the
“Forward”
button. (= arrow in direction of pressing)
The press ram moves forward, automatically switches to reverse and then stops in
its initial position.
The cycle can now begin again.
By pressing the
“Stop”
button you can halt the press ram at any position.
To resume, press
“Forward”
or
“Back”
.
If you press the
“Stop”
button during automatic mode the entire machine is shut
down and the press switches to
“Manual mode”.

Operating mode
Depending on the material to be pressed you can choose one of various operating
modes using the nine-position
“Operating mode”
switch.
e.g.:
Position 1 -> Paper / polystyrene
Position 2 -> Aluminium composite / Tetrapack / yoghurt pots
Position 3 -> Foil / mixed plastics
etc.
Depending on the programs (which are created for specific materials) the auxiliary
equipment such as the cutting edge clearing device and the pre-compactor are
switched on or off.
