Using Marker Peak Search and Peak
Excursion
This C programming example does the following:
• Open an HP-IB session at address 18.
• Clear the analyzer.
• Reset the analyzer.
• Set the analyzer center frequency and span to 50 MHz.
• Set the input port to the 50 MHz amplitude reference.
• Set the analyzer to single sweep mode.
• Prompt the user for the peak excursion and set them.
• Set the peak threshold to
−
90 dB.
• Trigger a sweep.
• Check for operation complete.
• Set the marker to the maximum peak.
• Query and read the marker frequency and amplitude.
• Close the session.
