(18) Suspension springs………
Removal
1.
Remove top cover
(1)
2.
Unhook any wires attached to the spring retaining clip
3.
Prise spring retaining clip out with small flat screw driver.
4.
Lift spring out of bearing point.
5.
Unhook spring from drum

Fitting
N.B.
The one spring fits either side.
1.
Fit the large hook on the spring into the hole on the side of the
container, with the small hook facing outward. Ensure the white
plastic bearing in the container, is in place first.
2.
Lift the small hook onto the bearing in the cabinet.
3.
Replace spring retaining clip.
4.
Replace wires.
5.
Replace top cover

(19) Container / Outer drum………..
Removal
The easiest route for the container to come out of the cabinet is through the front,
(although some people choose to take it out through the top of the cabinet).
1.
Carry out the following removal procedures in order (
1), (2), (3), (5), (7), (9 The
hoses at the back of the dispenser can be left on and the whole thing can be
draped over the rear of the cabinet), (13), (14), (15)
&
(18).
2.
Grip the inner drum through the front aperture of the container and lift it through the
front of the cabinet, it may take a bit of jiggling to start with but they do come out
quite easily. Each person has there own method of extraction, so go with what ever
you find easiest.

Fitting
Refitting of the container is the reverse of removing it, and for any parts that have not
been refitted follow instructions on Fitting; from (
18a—1a
) above.
