Auxiliary release device If the parking brake needs to be released without hydraulic pressure, the spring ac-
cumulators can be released using the mechanical auxiliary release device.
1. Place wheel chocks under the wheels.
2. Turn the nut (1) on each cylinder clockwise. This unscrews the screw (2) and
releases the brake.

Before restarting:

Turn the nut (1) on each cylinder counterclockwise until it rests against the
screw head.
Maintenance
Ø
Adjust the brake lever every 6 months, see section Pneumatic brake – Main-
tenance .
14.2 Micro-granular compound facility
With the micro-granular compound facility additional granulate, e.g. pesticides or
fertiliser, is placed.
Depending on equipment and setting, the granulate can be placed with the grains
into the seed furrow, or on the surface.
The system consists of a pressure hopper, a metering unit with metering auger and
an electric drive.
Ø
Always check the cover for leak tightness with the fan running, after it had
been opened.
Ø
If necessary, readjust the hinges or replace the gasket.
NOTE
Pressure hopper cover, hoses and connections must be leak tight. Air losses reduce
the placing quantity!
