5-7 Glue Replacement

Remove the plug using the sup-
plied long screwdriver. (There are 
three mounting screws.)

- Remove lower two screws first.
- The glue will begin to drain.

- Wipe off any glue on the plug immediately.

Do not walk away from the machine
when draining the glue. Old glue is very
sticky and not all of it can be removed.
The small amount of old glue left over
will mix with the new glue.

Do not pick the glue in fine part of the
tank. Picked glue may be left inside the
tank and may not melt. It stucks
between the roller and the wiper and
causes the problems.

After the glue is drained, attach the 
plug.

Remove the drain guide.

Leave the attaching screws in place.

Close the lower nipper lower.

 
Turn on the power switch and add 
new glue immediately.
