5-3 Lubrication

PERFECT BINDER
There are four mechanisms which need to be lubricated.
Grease Nipples
Level Plate
The carriage clamp is in the way,
press or on the Single Operation Screen
to remove or return the clamp.

= Once every 2 weeks
= Once every 6 months
The number in front of
the letter indicates the
multiple number.
Example:
(One day = 4 hours use)
Frequency Symbol
= Lubricate using a lubrication brush
= Lubricate using an oil applicator
= Lubricate using a grease gun

CAUTION
After applying grease, run the
application drums for at least 10
minutes before binding.

CAUTION
Use the lubrication grease recommended by Horizon. If the
ingredient of the grease changes, the life of the machine
may be shortened or the machine may be damaged.
