4-12 Cover Sheet Angle Adjustment

When the cover sheet is out of position, adjust the 
angle of the registration stopper. 
Check that the cover sheets are cut correctly before 
doing this adjustment. If the cover sheets for the current 
job are not square, make a temporary adjustment to fin-
ish the job. Remember to reset the angle adjustment 
when the job is finished.

Open the lower nipper door.

Loosen the locking nut on the angle 
adjusting lever.

Loosen the locking knob.

- Loosen the locking knob on the registration 

stopper angle adjusting lever.

Adjust the angle of the cover sheet.

- Turn the adjust knob clockwise, and the cover 

sheet will rotate to the left.

- To move the lever to the left, push the lever to 

the adjust knob and turn the adjust knob 
counterclockwise. 

Tighten the locking knob and the 
locking nut, then close the lower 
nipper door.
