AUTO MEAS. (SCHE) SET
Specifies the automatic measurement (when scheduled measurement is performed).
Operation procedure
1.
Press [AUTO MEAS. (SCHE) SET] in the OPERATION SET 1/2 screen.
The AUTO MEAS. (SCHE) SET screen will be displayed.
2.
Specify various settings in the AUTO MEAS. (SCHE) SET screen.
3.
Specify the interval measurement.

Note 1: L2 can be selected only for the two-point meter specification.
Note 2: Even if “Cleaning” is set in the Meas. Schedule, the HCl cleaning will not be performed because
the cleaning apparatus is removed.
