Alarm list and operation outline
Various alarms are set for the meter. The priority of alarms is also set in the order of serious
alarms (alarms 1 to 3) to minor alarms (alarms 4 to 6).

Alarm at power ON
Alarm when checking for correct status at power ON.

Alarm 2
Alarm for immediate
stop
If this alarm occurs during operation, the current operation is immediately
stopped and the equipment is switched to the maintenance mode.

Alarm 3
Alarm for retry stop
If this alarm occurs during operation, the current operation is retried
automatically. If it reoccurs, the operation is stopped and the equipment is
switched to the maintenance mode.

Alarm 4
Alarm for automatic
restoration
While this alarm is activated, the equipment remains on standby. When it
is canceled, the operation is automatically restored.
If the operation cannot continue due to the occurrence timing of the
alarm, the operation is interrupted and the equipment enters a standby
state.

Alarm 5
Alarm for operation
continuance
This alarm is an alert only. The alarm display is activated to indicate that
operation has continued.

Alarm 6
Alarm for hardware
output
This alarm occurs if there is a problem with the CPU.
