A: Description of the display item icons

Item

Description

Pre-processing

Preparation prior to start of measurement.

Sampling

The sample, pure water, and reagents are measured and injected into the 
dissolution sections.

Dissolution

Solutions are exposed to ultraviolet light and heated to cause dissolution of the 
compounds in the sample.

Measurement

Reagents are added and TP and TN measurements are performed.

Cleaning

The dissolution sections are cleaned.

Standby

Measurements are complete and the unit remains on standby until the next 
measurement is started.
