Line cleaning solution
For the cleaning solution, 5% diluted hydrochloric acid is recommended.
Tip
When dissolving the reagent, cool the container with water or ice as necessary.
How to prepare the cleaning solution
1.
Prepare 600 mL of hydrochloric acid (special grade: 35% to 37% hydrochloric acid).
2.
Pour 2 L of pure water into the container used for preparation.
3.
Slowly pour 600 mL of hydrochloric acid prepared in step 1. into the container,
while agitating pure water in the container.
4.
Pour pure water into the solution prepared in step 3. to make it a total of 4 L.
5.
Pour the solution prepared in step 4. into the cleaning solution tank, and then
install it in the equipment.
Tip
The cleaning solution consumption is approximately 25 mL per cleaning.
