Operation stop
When stopping the equipment for over three days
1.
Stop the equipment (refer to “ STOP RESERVE” (page 158)).
2.
Turn ON the maintenance switch.
3.
Perform the following operation.
4.
Press [SEPARATE ACTION] in the MAINTENANCE screen.
The SEPARATE ACTION 4/5 screen will be displayed.
5.
Press [Preprocess] to start pre-processing.
6.
When the operation is completed, press [SHUTDOWN] on the POWER menu.
7.
Turn OFF the power switch and main power switch.
8.
Clean the overflow tank.
When shutting down the analyzer for more than two weeks
1.
Stop the equipment (refer to “ STOP RESERVE” (page 158)).
2.
Turn ON the maintenance switch.
3.
Perform the following operation.
4.
Press [SEPARATE ACTION] in the MAINTENANCE screen.
The SEPARATE ACTION 5/5 screen will be displayed.
5.
Press [Preprocess] to start pre-processing.
6.
In order to clean the reagent line with pure water, prepare a reagent bottle filled with
pure water.
