Connecting the power source

The HU-200SS SS-90 has a power switch.
z
The power source of this instrument is a free power source for rated voltage of 100 V to
240 V AC.
z
The terminal screw for the contact output is M4.
z
The applicable electric wire is of 0.75 mm
2
to 5.5 mm
2
(AWG18 to AWG10).
z
Put the power switch in a place near the HU-200SS SS-90 so that the power can be
turned ON/OFF easily.
As illustrated below, connect the power source and the grounding.

Instructions for grounding
Keep this grounding separate from any other grounding for electric equipment, such as a
motor.
WARNING
If there is a possibility of a lightning strike, install an arrester on the output side of the converter and on
the side of receiving instruments.
Electric shock hazard
Before starting the work of connecting a power source, turn OFF the power source.
CAUTION
The operation of this equipment at any voltage outside the rated range may damage the unit.
It is recommended that the fluctuations in power supply voltage fall within a range of

10%.
