Each clip must be archived individually. Follow the procedure in Archiving Clips and Images
on page 104 .
Archiving Download Rates
Archive times are in the range of two to five times faster than record times. Table 8-6
provides archiving download rates based on the canned configurations (see Appendix B,
Factory Set Configurations ).
Verifying Authenticity of Archived Images
Archived images are automatically authenticated; that is, they contain valid data from an
HTRD400 Recorder and have not been altered from the original recording.
Printing Still Images
You can print individual images from the HTRD400 Recorder hard drive or from archived
images, as a single or quad image. The image prints with the name of the clip, the name of
the camera(s), and any status information. To print a still image:
1. Locate the desired image.
2. Click the global Print icon to print all images on the screen or the individual Print
icon to print only the image from that particular camera.
3. Select the appropriate printer and if required, enter the desired printer parameters.
4. Click OK.

The archive/record time ratio calculates the archive time from a given record time.
All ratios are set to an archive time of one minute (1:3.7). For example, a 3.7
minute clip recorded on a four camera system and using the ignition rule will take
one minute to archive.
