Password Protection
Your HTRD400 System can be password protected. By enabling this option, you secure
your recorded data from unwanted access. This is particularly important for systems with
two or more HTRD400 Recorders.
The HTRD400 Recorder is shipped with password protection disabled by default.
When password protection has been enabled, you must have administrator privilege to set
up user accounts, passwords, and permission levels. The factory default for administrator
access is user name (admin) and password (password). We recommend that you change
the factory default password.
Caution
In the unlikely event that an administrator password is lost, please
contact your system administrator.
