Displays when you try to connect but the
software cannot adjust the IP address of
your PC to communicate with the
recorder. Contact your IT network
administrator to switch to dynamic
addressing in the network settings
control panel. For more information, see
Displays when you double-click a
recorder name on the Toolbox main
screen (or click the recorder name and
then click Connect). If you have made
configuration changes while not
connected you will lose them when you
connect, as the software automatically
loads the last saved configuration on
connection.
Displays when you connect but the
system does not detect the hard drive on
the HTRD400 Recorder. The temperature
may be out of normal operating range or
there may be an electrical fault.
The HTRD400 Recorder only supports a
single active connection. Disconnect
from the recorder before attempting to
connect from the other application.
This message can also display when a
full erase is in progress.
The HTRD400 Recorder limits the
number of accounts to 50 users. See
more information.
