Save Error Messages
The following table describes messages you may encounter when saving images or clips
to a file.
This message …
Means …
Player encountered an error while
archiving the data. Try archiving again.
Displays when the start and end times of
the archive are the same. Increase the
duration.
Indicates there is not enough free storage
space on your PC to store the archive.
Reduce the time duration of the archive or
select another destination with sufficient
free space.
Displays when the archive is too large for
the file system. Reduce the time duration
of the archive.
Note
If your hard drive is formatted
FAT32, the maximum file size is
4 GB.
Indicates an unsupported file format.
Player supports the following file formats:
•
.jpg for individual images
•
.swc for clips (partial or full)
•
.exe for Player Lite executable files
Any other file extension will result in the
“unsupported format” warning.
