2.4.2 Unit installation
Initial checks
Check that there is enough space around the unit. Consult the corresponding chapter of the Technical Catalogue for
information on the unit measurements.
Before starting installation, plan the direction of the pipes and wiring required. Also bear in mind that there must be
enough space around the unit for installation and maintenance.
Check that the ceiling surface where the unit is to be installed is completely horizontal.
Check that the drain hose can be installed maintaining the necessary down-slope.

Cut out the printed pattern on the inside of the unit’s cardboard
packaging and follow the instructions printed on it.
The following information is also included on the pattern:
1 Separation of the sling bolt for installation positions (a) and (b).
2 Positions of the holes for the refrigerant pipes.
3 Positions of the holes for the drain pipes.
