6.1 Periodic Checkup
The table below shows how to check up the Equipment periodically. A qualified
maintenance personnel must conduct this periodical checkout. Include the checkout time in
the system operation schedule.

Inspection and cleaning for the components
• Inspection and cleaning for outside of the
equipment
