74HC04 HEXADEZIMALER WECHSELRICHTER (I004)
EINLEITUNG
Der 14-Stift-integrierte-Schaltkreis in Position I004 ist ein CMOS hexadezimaler Hochgeschwindigkeits-Wechselrichter zur Inversion
digitaler Signale. Das Paket besteht aus 6 Wechselrichtern, aber nur 4 werden in dieser Anwendung benutzt.
BESCHREIBUNG
VERSORGUNGS-/ERDLEITUNGEN

Stifte 14
und
7
sind die +5V bzw. 0V Versorgungsverbindungen. Dieses Gerät wird immer mit +5V versorgt, selbst wenn
der Fernseher im Bereitschafts-Zustand ist. Kondensator C023 ist über den Stromanschluss für Entkopplung verbunden.
CHIP-FREIGABE-VERBINDUNG

Stift 1
ist mit dem MMU3 Ausgang des Mikrocontrollers verbunden und wird benutzt, um entweder den MTP oder den
SRAM zu wählen. Dieses Signal wird gewendet und von Stift 2 ausgegeben, der dann mit dem aktiven tiefen Eingang für
Chip-Freigabe (Stift 22) des SRAM verbunden wird. Auf diese Weise braucht nur eine Chip-Freigabe-Leitung des
Mikrocontrollers benutzt zu werden, um den SRAM freizugeben.
DTT SPERR-VERBINDUNG

Stift 3
ist der DTT Sperr-Eingang von Stift 7 von I006. Dieser Eingang wird gewendet und bei Stift 4 ausgegeben, bevor
er mit den Stiften 12 & 13 des Analogschalters verbunden wird (I008).
I2C SPERR-VERBINDUNG
•
Stift 5
ist der I2C Sperr-Eingang von Stift 33 des Mikrocontrollers. Das Signal wird gewendet und bei Stift 6 an die Stifte 5
& 6 des Analogschalters (I007) ausgegeben. Wenn der Mikrocontroller im Rückstellungs-Zustand ist oder wenn der
Fernseher im Bereitschafts-Zustand ist, ist die I2C Sperr-Leitung HOCH. Dieses Signal muss gewendet werden, um den
I2C Bus des Mikrocontrollers vom I2C Bus der restlichen Grundplatte zu sperren.
SCART-SPERR-VERBINDUNG

Stift 13
ist der RS232 Scart-Sperr-Eingang von Stift 39 des Mikrocontrollers. Dieser Eingang wird gewendet und an Stift
12 ausgegeben, der dann mit den Stiften 12 & 13 des Analogschalters (I007) verbunden wird. Wenn der Mikrocontroller
im Rückstellungs-Zustand ist oder wenn der Fernseher NICHT in der Wartungs-/Diagnose-Betriebsart ist, MÜSSEN die
RS232 Übertragungs-/Empfangs-Leitungen von den Stiften 10 und 12 von Scartbuchse 2 getrennt werden. Diese Leitung
muss dann gewendet werden, um jegliche Verbindung zu verhindern.
EEPROM (I005)
EINLEITUNG
Der ST24C16 EEPROM oder E2, wie er i.a. heißt, ist ein 16Kbit (2KByte) Gerät, das permanente Daten hält, wenn der Strom vom
Fernseher entfernt wird. Dieses Gerät kann Information für 100 Programme halten, wie z.B. Namen, Frequenz, Standard, AV-
Einstellung, Lautsprecherspracheneinstellung und bevorzugte Teletextseiten. Der EEPROM hält auch Diagnose-Fehler-Codes, mit
denen frühere Fehler bei der Grundplatte identifiziert werden können (siehe separaten Abschnitt, der sich ausführlich damit befasst).
Der E2 hält auch werksseitig abgeglichene Parameter wie Geometrie, Weißabgleich, automatische
Scharfabstimmung/automatische Lautstärkeregelung des Tuners, Modelltyp, Kathodenpegel usw. Der E2 hält auch die bevorzugten
Einstellungen des Benutzers, wie z.B. Lautstärke, Balance, Kontrast, Helligkeit, usw. Die Daten werden mit den Standard Philips
I2C Leistungprozeduren ins Gerät geschrieben / vom Gerät gelesen.

Stifte 8
und
4
sind die +5V Versorgungs- bzw. Erd- (0V) Leitungen. Der EEPROM wird von der +5V Bereitschafts-
Schiene versorgt, so dass er immer Strom hat, selbst wenn der Fernseher in Bereitschaft ist.
I2C VERBINDUNGEN

Stift 5
ist die I2C Daten-Leitung, die benötigt wird, um serielle Daten zwischen dem Mikrocontroller und sich selbst zu
übertragen. Die Daten werden geändert, wenn die Taktgeber-Leitung tief und auf die steigende Flanke des I2C
Taktgebers eingerastet ist.

Stift 6
ist die I2C Taktgeber-Leitung, die benötigt wird, um den I2C Datentransfer zu synchronisieren. 9 Taktgeber-
Impulse werden für die 8-Bit Daten und ein Quittungs-Bit benötigt. Der I2C Haupt-Taktgeber stammt vom Mikrocontroller
und arbeitet mit einer Frequenz von ca. 100KHz.
ADRESSEN-VERBINDUNGEN

Stifte 1
bis
3
sind die Adressen-Leitungen, mit denen die I2C Nebenadresse des Geräts gewählt wird. Auf dem ST24C16
Gerät, müssen diese Leitungen an Masse anliegen, damit man korrekten Zugang zum Gerät hat.
SCHREIB-SPERR-VERBINDUNG

Stift 7
ist der I2C Schreib-Freigabe/Sperr-Eingang. Wenn dieser Eingang HOCH ist (+5V), werden alle I2C
Schreibvorgänge ins Gerät verwehrt. Wenn der Stift vom Mikrocontroller (Stift 22 E2RD) tief gezogen ist, können Daten
ins Gerät geschrieben werden. Auf diese Weise können versehentliche Schreibvorgänge verhindern, dass die I2C Daten
verfälscht werden.
