4.3.5 Operation- Universal clamping table
Turning the Table Plate
• Loosen the four holding bolts [1] beneath the table
plate.
• Turn the table plate in the desired angular position.
• Retighten the holding bolts.
If you use the universal clamping table with the
dividing arbor, turn the table plate as follows
:
• Loosen the four holding bolts [1] beneath the table
plate.
• Turn the table plate in the desired angular position
by turning the hand crank [2].
• By engaging the worm [3] at the hand crank,
angular steps of 7,5° can be adjusted with the
clamping lever [4].
With the punched disks, which will be mounted
instead of the hand crank, divisions of 2-5670 can be
adjusted.
With the optional encoder each angular position
desired can be controlled via the control.
Swivelling the Table
• Loosen the 6 holding bolts M12 [5].
• Insert the hand crank [6] into the swivelling module
[7].
• Turn the universal clamping table into the desired
angular position (+/- 30°) by means of the hand
crank.
• Retighten the 6 holding bolts.
• To get the zero position of the table, use the dial
gauge at the right side.
Tilting the Table
• Loosen the 6 holding bolts M 12 [8].
• Insert the hand crank [6] to the tilting module[9].
• Tilt the universal clamping table by means of the
hand crank into the desired angular position (15°
from the machine or 45° towards the machine).
• Retighten the 6 holding bolts.
• To get the zero position of the table, use the dial
gauge at the left side.
