KundHelp file D902KU.HLP
You have the following possibilities for the automatic
overtravelling:
# 40 SWIVEL ARM BACKWARD AUTO
Press the NC-start key to move the tool changer to the
normal position at the magazine. This is only possible
if the reference points are passed over and the lateral
and front enclosure door is locked.
Note
The feed override is effective, if the override regulator
is on position 0%, the axes will not be moved.
# 41 MOVING FREE MAGAZINE
Press the NC-start key to move the too changer to
normal position.
The command "# 41" is necessary if the loading or
unloading station is not closed or the swivel arm is not
in waiting position at the magazine.
If the EMERGENCY-OFF button has been actuated
during a TOOL Call, a TOOL-DEF or while a tool has
been deposited, this can be removed by # 40 or # 41.
Select Functions
After the table is shown on the screen, the functions
can be selected by pressing the up/down arrow.
Activate Functions
The functions # 40/# 41/# 42 can only be activated
with closed cabin.
Example:
Function # 40 has been activated.
Pressing key NC-START will start the sequence.
During this the colour of the selected line will
change. After the sequence is finished the colour
will return to normal.
+
Note
This colour change is only activated in the file
KundHelp in manual mode.
Short Description of File KundHelp
The help funktions can be activated after the following
errors.
• Power drop
• Gross positioning error
• Faulty data processing
In all these cases the reference points need to be
passed over. Because of that an automatic sequence
cannot be started
Note
To overcome this the control unit also lists a file
called ServHelp.
