5.13 Maintenance of the Central
Lubrication System
Topping up with Lubricating Oil
Check the oil level of the central lubrication system
as soon as the appropriate message appears on
the screen.
• Uscrew and remove the screwcap covering the oil
inlet [1] and fill with lubricating oil in accordance
with our recommendations on page 5-8.
• The oil level must be between the two line
markings.
5.14 Maintenance of the Circulatory
Lubrication System
The circulatory lubrication system supplies the
drive with lubricant and carries off heat from the
vertical milling head.
Topping up with Lubricating Oil
Check the circulatory lubrication system’s oil level
every day.
The oil level must be visible at least in the middle of
the inspection glass [1].
In order to top up with lubricating oil, unscrew and
remove the lid of the storage tank and top up with
lubricating oil in accordance with our recom-
mendations on page 5-7.
Oil change-Circulatory Lubrication System
The oil in the circulatory lubrication system must be
changed every year or after approx. 2000 operating
hours.
• Have a suitable container ready to collect the used oil.
It should have a capacity of at least 5 litres.
• Loosen the lose clamp [3] and take off the woven
lose [4].
