Use flat blade screwdriver to reconnect
Spring to tilt assembly.

Position Rack onto assembly. Install
Flange Bushing and Shoulder bolt.

Shoulder Bolt

Flange Bushing

Tighten Shoulder Bolts to 250 in/lbs.

Install 2 Hex Washer Head Screws. Tighten
screws to 55 in/lbs.
