Remove wire clip from tilt tension knob
assembly.

While pulling out on front ears, pull front tilt
cover forward and out.

Note: For Chairs manufactured before
4/20/2010

Remove fulcrum cover removing four Screws.

Slide new front tilt cover in and back over tilt.

Assemble new fulcrum cover to tilt assembly.
