higher, 0.5 mL of the
sample dilution from the

test tubes in position B2
and C2.
•
0.5 mL of the sample
dilution from each test
tube in Row A (A3 and
higher) has been added
to the test tubes in Row
B and C that have the
same position number
(e.g., from A

to B
