3. Cut a corner off of the grease refill bag to use all of the grease,
or tear off the top of the bag at the perforation to use some of the
grease and then reseal the bag.

4. Refill the canister from the grease bag.
5. Screw the reservoir back in and tighten with the wrench. The head
has a stop to prevent over-tightening.
6. Connect machine air.
If a grease system alarm occurs, take steps to resolve the problem in a reason-
able amount of time. If the alarm is ignored for a long period of time, damage to
the machine will result.
Filling the Oil Reservoir:
1. Clean the top of the tank.
2. Open the fill cap and pour DTE-25 oil into the reservoir until the
level reaches the maximum fill line.
Oil system alarms: Alarm 805 is the oil system alarm. If an alarm occurs take
steps to resolve the problem in a reasonable amount of time. If the alarm is
ignored for a long period of time, damage to the machine will result.
Air/oil system:
Validation of the oiling system: While the spindle is turning at
low speed, depress the manual override button on the solenoid operated air
valve for 5 seconds, then release. Oil will be seen in very small amounts at
the fitting between the air mixer copper line to the air hose. It may take several
seconds before being able to see traces of the oil.
