TemperaTure sensOr
The temperature sensor is based on an IC
from Maxim. The pin assignment can be seen
in the following diagram.

The temperature sensor can be extended up to a maximum of 50 m using a
standard network cable and a 2x RJ45-adapter.
maInTenance
The temperature switches basically maintenance free but should be checked
regularly for functional or mechanical defects. The device should only be
cleaned with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Do not use any abrasive or aggressive
materials on liquids. Before cleaning the device it must be disconnected from
the mains.
