2.3.2 Configuration
in P2P Operation Mode
The GUINAZ Smartive 7” monitor, together with the rest of the IP System products, such as the street
panels, can be set up to operate in the P2P mode within a network of the same type (P2P), for instance, a
company or domestic LAN network
without an external connection to internet
To set up correctly the Smartive 7" interior monitor in the P2P mode, the installer must follow ALL the steps
detailed in sections 2.3.2.1 to 2.3.2.7 in the ORDER INDICATED.
2.3.2.1 Mode
Selection and Initial Settings
Enter the Setting->Installer menu as seen in section 2.3.3
The installer must follow the next steps to set up the GUINAZ Smartive monitor in P2P mode.
In the Installer menu, press on the “Configuration Editor” icon
1. Press on the touch device and wait for the Android keyboard to appear.

A P2P network (peer to peer) is a network connecting a large number of computers
(nodes) to share anything in digital format (videos, images, music, etc.). The
connection between nodes is achieved randomly and it is based on the bandwith1. The
P2P network nodes fulfil the role of client2 and server3 simultaneously with regards to
the rest of network nodes
