1.1 INTRODUCTION
The GUINAZ 7" Smartive monitor is an intercommunication device for a video door entry system based on
VoIP communication technology included in the GUINAZ S.L. catalogue of IP communication solutions. The
VoIP technology allows the multichannel communication of data, audio and video using the TCP/IP
communication SIP protocol through a network cable.
The menu of the monitor includes options to communicate to/from the GUINAZ IP system street panels,
where the audio/video communication can be established, as well as some other functions, such as
communicating among Smartive monitors, door opening, or additional functions for a more convenient
operation. It includes sound and image settings, as well as call diversion, emergency calls, missed call
notification and call logs
The Smartive 7" monitor is embedded in the home wall using the elements supplied to this end and it is
connected for operation using a GUINAZ F1350 or PoE through an Ethernet data cable power supply.
