3. Then rotate the peg wrench counter clockwise until
the “drive end” of the retaining ring is opposite the
access window. Remove the retaining ring. N.B.
Inspect the drilling in the gland bearing that
receives the “drive end” of the retaining ring (see
below). Go to page 61 step 3 to complete cylinder
disassembly.
Crowd Cylinder Retainer Reassembly
Enter the “drive end” of the retaining ring into the gland
drilling and then rotate the gland bearing clockwise
until the end of the retaining ring is visible in the access
window. Then rotate the gland a further half turn so that
neither end of the retaining ring are visible. (see below)
7.11 OVERCENTER VALVE
Valve Adjustment
1. Attach a pressure gauge (0-4000 psi) to the
pressure test point at the hydraulic pump outlet.
