2. Tie Bolts - Remove the three (3) tie bolts which
hold the bank together, then separate the sections.
Remove the four (4) O-ring face seals, these
should be discarded. See below.
3. Valve Front Cap - Remove the two (2) screws
which fasten the front cap to the work station.
4. Front Cap Removal - Pull the lever mechanism
back at the same time and lift the front cap away
from the work section. The lever mechanism will
disengage from the spool. Take care not to loosen
the location dowels.
5. Valve Back Cap - Remove the two (2) screws which
fasten the back cap to the work section and then
remove the back cap. See below.
6. Cushion Spacer - Check the cushion spacer is in
place inside the rear cap. See below.
7. Spool Removal - Grasp the spring end of the spool
and pull with a twisting motion. Tag the spool with
its work section identification number and letter
type (refer to Step 1).
